Main goal

Implement Salesforce so that Fencia starts their project in the best possible way, starting with high performance within their sales team.

The challenges

  1. Fencia has just opened their business: As a newly founded company, Fencia needed guidance to set up Salesforce effectively while managing competing priorities from other ongoing projects. At the same time, they had other open projects that made it difficult for him to dedicate all the time necessary for this project.
  2. Integrate their third programmes with Salesforce: To move forward with Salesforce they needed to be confident that they could integrate with all of their external tools, and Heroforge assured them that they would.
  3. Ability to provide good business analytics:  Fencia has claimed to Heroforge from the very beginning to have good analytics from the very beginning to monitor early performance and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Conducting multiple training sessions: From the very beginning it was made clear to us the importance of providing good training to the users, since it was vital for them to start with a good knowledge of the tool.

  1. We implemented two Salesforce tools to help open the business: Heroforge has implemented Sales Cloud for them, to keep track of sales from the moment they arrive in Salesforce until they are closed. We implemented Digital Engagement to create a Chatbot with artificial intelligence to help customers quickly assist customers and reduce the workload on human agents.
  2. We integrate the two required programs with the help of Zapier: First Heroforge integrate the website, made with Prestashop, to receive all leads generated from products listed on the website. We then integrated the ERP BiLoop, to send the orders won from Salesforce to BiLoop.
  3. Creation of several dashboards for employees:  Heroforge has held several meetings with Fencia to determine which analytics would be best for them, and we created them for them.
  4. Conducting multiple training sessions: Different training sessions have been held at different times during the project, as new people are joining the company, and each of them has been trained.

The solution

The results

  1. Rapid adaptation to the system: Starting a business with Salesforce allows for quick adaptation, allowing employees to focus on selling. As far as the chatbot is concerned, it allows not to worry about web messages as they come directly into the system.
  2. Full connectivity between systems: The fact of connecting the three tools allows to have the whole process from the web to the ERP through Salesforce without the need of manual steps, and saving a lot of time in data entry.
  3. 360° viewing: Thanks to the creation of analytics from the beginning of the business, it allows to locate where the failures are and to remedy them quickly, being able to have a total visualization of the business.
  4. Effectiveness from the beginning: Thanks to the training provided before go-live., Fencia was able to use the system in an optimal way from the very beginning and thus have the tool well structured.

CONCLUSION

The implementation of Salesforce enabled Fencia to launch its business with a strong foundation focused on high performance and efficiency. By seamlessly integrating their key systems and automating processes, manual tasks were eliminated, allowing the team to concentrate on sales from day one. The tailored analytics provided a clear 360° view of the business, helping to quickly identify areas for improvement and drive informed decision-making. Continuous training ensured rapid user adoption and optimal use of the platform. Together, these initiatives allowed Fencia to start effectively, with a fully connected, data-driven, and scalable operation.
