JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a person who can create a technical vision and turn it into reality with the help of the team. The ability to lead and communicate with project managers and other IT professionals is a must. As a technical manager, you will oversee the company’s technical team and all projects they undertake, analyze reports, write progress reports, identify risks and develop work schedules.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
━ Create integrations between Salesforce and external APIs and internal or third party data sources through design and development.
━ Work closely with stakeholders to review current implementations, informing the impacts of changing requirements on existing business rules/needs/requirements.
━ As new business rules/needs/requirements are implemented, investigate the current system to determine innovative solutions to resolve root cause issues of incorrect calculations/defects.
━ Based on your innovative solutions, present the results to key IT/business stakeholders and your team.
━ Outline a way forward to modify business rules/requirements/requirements to correct and classify issues to reduce their severity.
━ Obtain input from multiple stakeholders and synthesize feedback to create technical work products and drive results.
━ Contribute to maintaining an environment where continuous improvement of the development process is in focus and where everyone’s common goal is to deliver exceptional software as quickly as possible.
━ Coach and teach team members.
━ Lead IT meetings, facilitate sessions and participate in agile ceremonies.
━ Translate and simplify requirements so that developers can be more successful.
━ Understand multiple integrations, including triggers, timelines, directionality and data exchanged.
━ Work directly with developers to correct defects and remove impediments in the IT environment/infrastructure.
